JB and Associates, LLC is a North Texas company based in the DFW metroplex. We have a staff of team members that has doubled in size over the past year. JB and Associates is a third party provider of extended warranty service agreements with over 90 years of combined management experience in the HVAC industry. We have been providing protection plans for almost 15 years to U.S. and Canadian customers.
JB and Associates has built its business by working one on one with independent contractors and providing outstanding customer service. Each

earned a B++ AM Best rating. Since 2008, we expanded our business to reach 49 states (exception being Hawaii), providing the most competitively priced agreements.

states of Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Arkansas as a highly regarded company whose experience, values and strategic growth efforts have
made us both a rapidly growing company while still encompassing a personal atmosphere. We are intelligently working towards becoming the
preferred supplier of extended warranty service agreements across the United States. We have seen great success in the southwest and are
excited to begin marketing efforts in other regions.
About our Program
Our warranties are 100% fully insured and very secure; insured through an AM BEST B++ insurance firm. Our coverages range from complete HVAC systems to generators to water heaters and boilers. We offer the most variety in coverages at the most affordable prices in the industry. Our program was founded on one basic idea "keep it simple", and we have designed our agreements and Program by this. Our program gets raving reviews from our customers who currently use it. Our warranties are fully transferable from one home owner to another and there is no deductible to the customer on service calls

J. B. Cue
Chairman of the Board and Co-Founder
JB Cue the Co-Founder and active participant in the day-to-day operations of the company has been involved in the HVAC industry for 45+ years, specifically in the development, sales, and distribution of extended warranty service plans for over 35 years. He has specialized in residential and commercial heating and air conditioning systems exclusively. Mr. Cue began his career as a HVAC program manager for Whirlpool Corporation where he was responsible for the development of the branch sales programs, developing the first parts and labor warranty program. After 27 years at Whirlpool, being a faithful believer of the potential of the HVAC extended warranty service agreement industry and its growth potential, JB moved on to develop programs for several companies. He formed JB and Associates in 1995 and has built the company into the largest reseller of extended warranty agreements in the southwest. In addition to the management of JBA he is also active in the industry and continues to educate technicians through continuous education programs and on-site training seminars. JB Cue is highly regarded in the industry as a leader, innovator, and spokesman. "I have been in this industry for half a century. I want to put my experience to work to help our dealers".
Jeff Bohannan
President and Co-Founder
Jeff has managed sales and marketing programs for over 21 years in the HVAC industry (Lennox Industries and Carrier Corporation). Jeff has worked in almost all aspects of business management, including planning, operations, sales, marketing, finance, and customer service. He started his career as an outside sales engineer for an independent wholesale HVAC distributor before moving into management with two other manufacturers. He has developed strong industry and customer relationships nationwide. Jeff serves at the President of JB and Associates. He has many years of experience in marketing extended warranties in the Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Texas markets. Jeff is a visionary and has worked to develop interactive computer based programs to provide the company’s customers with up to the minute information on sales and claims, while improving company operations."Your business is the most important driver of ours.
